Leadership team
Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay was a senior Partner with McKinsey & Company in the UK and Germany Offices. He has over 30 years of management consulting experience and led McKinsey’s global Purchasing and Supply Management Practice. He also initiated, developed and oversaw McKinsey’s India Centre of Competence, and led McKinsey’s work on sourcing innovation. Parallel with working on Enjoin Partners, Khosro is Managing Director of Zendegii Ltd, a start-up company focused on Health and Nutrition. Prior to joining McKinsey in 1994, Khosro received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a PhD in Chemistry from Harvard University in Cambridge. Khosro was on the board of trustees of Future Talent, a UK charity focused on helping children with extraordinary music talent develop their skills.
Hendrik Sabert is an innovation and technology expert. He was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Co., worked as a senior researcher with Sony in Japan, and as CTO of a start-up company. Hendrik has worked extensively with big data modelling and insight extraction. He leads all technology development at Zendegii Ltd. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
Malin Elinder is an operations and productivity expert. She has worked as operations director in a number of start-ups in life sciences and consumer goods. She has led many Enjoin projects: new market entry for an innovative FMCG player into the nordics, partnership development, rapid sales growth, post-merger management and cultural assessment. Malin has a PhD in biochemistry from Uppsala University.
Zbigniew “Spish” Rurak has over 30 years of experience in executive search and selection. His practice encompasses recruiting and assessing senior executives, auditing management teams and corporate recruiting systems, as well as executive coaching and transition counselling across a diverse and global spectrum of industries and functions. Previously, he worked in international sales & marketing, product development, and strategic planning with Comsat, a leading satellite communications company in Washington, DC. Also, he worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in their Düsseldorf office. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
Johannes Falck is an entrepreneur (fashion industry) and financier with experience of launching over 30 companies onto the stock market and raising over EUR 300m . He has extensive experience with developing company strategies and preparing companies for an IPO and is the founder and senior advisor to Blasieholmen Investment Group and JFC Capital.
Helena Nelson has 18 years work experience, including Consultant and Global Knowledge Manager at McKinsey & Company, based in the US, Sweden, UK, Holland offices; Business Development Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, based in the Swedish office; and CEO and founder of Yourniverse, a Swedish start-up company focused on competence development. Helena has a background in purchasing and operations, competence development and training, knowledge and intelligence development. She has extensive experience in the development of new ventures and models, for large corporations and in start-up settings. Prior to joining McKinsey, Helena received a Master of Science in Economics and International Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden, and Columbia Business School in New York.
Andrew McKinlay has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and communication industry. He worked as general manager at Saatchi and Saatchi, located in both Europe and Asia. Following a position as global network director at Publicis Group, he was global director of Marketing Operations at Nokia. Most recently, he was CEO of a creative content consultancy where he was instrumental in its global profitable growth. Andrew serves global FMCG companies on marketing strategy and implementation, and corporate communications. He is on the board of trustees of a Resurgo Trust, a UK charity whose initiatives Spear and SpearHead provide coaching services to create sustainable employment for disadvantaged young people.
Shirin Nikpay is a psychologist and medical anthropologist who works on coaching leaders and dealing with trauma and new life paths. She has developed the CORE retreat concept. She holds a BSc in psychology from Goldsmith College, University of London, UK and a MSc in Medical Anthropology from Brunel University, UK. She also holds various medical certificates in Osteopathy, Gestalt Therapy & Somatic experiencing.
